Join the Opera Society committee and have a say in decisions that affect all members.

The committee meets usually once a month at the Opera Australia premises on City Road, Southbank. Committee members are appointed by vote at Annual General Meetings, or may be co-opted by current committee members. Each Committee member is elected for 3 years and may choose to stand for re-election after that time.

 

The committee comprises the President, Treasurer, Vice-President and Secretary who are elected by the elected committee, plus a  number of ordinary committee members. ​Tasks might include assisting with organisation of lunches, attending Melba Trust events ...
